The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- The M4 Pro chip handles demanding work like video editing, coding, and complex design projects without slowing down, and it supports Apple Intelligence features for writing and productivity tasks.
- It's genuinely tiny at five by five inches, so it fits next to a monitor or in tight spaces, but you'll need to connect your own display, keyboard, and mouse.
- For the first time on Mac mini, there are USB-C ports on the front along with a headphone jack, so you don't have to reach around back for everyday connections.
As of Sep 1, the Apple 2024 Mac mini Desktop Computer with M4 Pro is overpriced at $1569 — versus a $1336.64 typical price and a $1173.49 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
