The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- You get up to 20 hours of battery life with noise cancellation and spatial audio both turned on, which is solid for full-day use.
- The digital crown on the side handles playback, volume, and calls, so you don't need to reach for your phone as often.
- They're fairly heavy at 0.85 pounds compared to many other over-ear headphones, which might matter if you wear them for extended periods.
As of Sep 1, the Apple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones is overpriced at $537 — versus a $493.23 typical price and a $366 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
