The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- The cellular model means you're actually untethered from your phone for calls and messages, not just for fitness tracking.
- This is a renewed unit, so it's been refurbished and resold, which is worth factoring into your expectations for condition and warranty coverage.
- The always-on display is genuinely useful for glancing at the time without any gesture, though it does drain the battery faster than older watch models.
As of Sep 1, the Apple Watch Series 6 is overpriced at $163.99 — versus a $130.27 typical price and a $95.96 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
