Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator Advanced

GOOD PRICE.
This is a clear penetrating sealer that soaks into porous stone, tile, and grout to protect them from water and stains without changing how they look. It works both indoors and outdoors, and it makes treated surfaces harder and less slippery while still letting moisture vapor escape.

The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- It's designed to be invisible after application, so your stone or tile keeps its natural appearance instead of getting a glossy or cloudy coating.
- The sealer works on both interior and exterior surfaces, which means one product can handle your kitchen counters, bathroom tile, and outdoor patios.
- It's certified for food-contact areas, so it's safe to use on kitchen countertops where you prepare food.
As of Sep 1, the Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator Advanced is a good price at $30.25 — versus a $30.71 typical price and a $16.70 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
Its price this year
A fair price — but not a real “sale.”
Sale check Amazon shows “24% off,” measured against a $40 “list price” it doesn't charge. Its usual price is $31 — real discount ≈ 1%.
The phantom Amazon has left this $40 “list price” untouched for 20 months — while the item actually sold for about $31. It's a fixed anchor, not a price it charges.
