The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- The front camera uses a STARVIS 2 sensor that handles low-light situations better than standard dash cams, so nighttime footage stays clear and detailed.
- You can switch between two recording modes: either all three cameras at lower resolution, or just front and rear at higher quality if you don't need interior recording.
- It includes a supercapacitor instead of a battery, which means it handles extreme temperatures better and won't degrade as quickly over time.
As of Sep 1, the REDTIGER F17 4K 3CH Dash Cam is overpriced at $169.99 — versus a $160.66 typical price and a $116.86 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
