OVERPRICED.
This is a small Bluetooth tracker you attach to keys, bags, or other items so you can find them using your phone. It works with both iOS and Android, rings loudly when you search for it, and can also make your phone ring if you've misplaced that instead.

The read
What's actually worth knowing.
- It integrates with Life360, so if you're already using that family app, your Tiles show up on the same map as your family members and pets.
- The tracker has an SOS button you can press to send a discreet alert to your Life360 contacts if you're in an unsafe situation.
- It's Bluetooth-based rather than GPS, so it only works within range of your phone or other devices in the Life360 network, not for tracking something that's far away.
As of Sep 1, the Tile by Life360 Mate Bluetooth Tracker is overpriced at $24.99 — versus a $21.41 typical price and a $14 12-month low, based on Amazon's own price history.
